Belt Type Nozzle We offer a range of high performance Belt Type Nozzle that are reckoned for its robust design and efficiency. The Belt Type Nozzle is mounted over the brass collet, which is designed and machined to high accuracy for proper transfer of heat and are covered with a stainless steel clamping band.

Nozzle are designed in both Needle jet and Fishtail jet types for application on Pulp mill where there is space constraint to fix nozzles. There is no welding required as the nozzle fits firmly on the pipe. Interchanging of nozzles is also very easy with less downtime.
Common Applications are in Pulp mill on Thickeners and Presses. Nozzles are also used in Defibrators and as Back shower nozzles . Nozzles are manufactured in Needlejet and fishtailjet types with a variety of orifices for different flow rates.
Standard sizes are available to suit pipe diameters of 54, 60 and 76mm. Special diameters can be made on request. Needle jet nozzles are available in Zero degrees in standards type however special application requiring degrees can be manufactured to suit custom applications.
The design of Nozzle enables the use of internal Brush for cleaning. The spray Pattern produced is a flat jet with spray angles of 0, 45 and 60 Degrees. Material of Construction SS 316 and 316 L.
